A proper diagnosis is the most effective tool for the treatment of your pain. Patients with chronic pain have common concerns about the quality of life, the fitfullness of their sleep, or productivity at work. Pain relievers and non-narcotic medications can treat chronic pain, but alternative methods like spinal decompression, acupuncture, chiropractic, or transcutaneous nerve stimulation can offer relief for those who cannot take certain medications or have responded poorly to them in the past.

Neck
Often the result of a regular activity such as sitting, driving, bad posture, or sleeping which produce stress in the neck muscles. Migraine headaches are a primary symptom of neck strain and emotional states of stress, anger, or anxiety can trigger responses of this nature.
Back Typically a symptom of a mechanical disorder. The back is divided into 4 major regions, which include the neck and tailbone. Upper & lower back pain are the leading contributors to lost production in the workplace. Due to the complex network of nerves that originate in the spine, complications of the back may cause pain or numbness in arms and legs.
Shoulder
May be local to one area or extend into the arm and neck. The shoulder is one of the most sophisticated structures of the body. Its complex network of bone, muscle, tendon, and nerve allows us a full range of motion in three-dimensional space.
Knee
Most common cause is sports injury when cartilage and tendons are damaged. Self-care measures using braces and exercise can help eleviate pain and restore mobility to the knee. Joint pain can also indicate a systemic illness like arthritis or gout.
